Dear colleagues,

With just one week until the EASA 2026 conference begins, we are reaching out one more time with some final details about the upcoming network meeting, taking place on Wednesday July 22, from 13:30 14:45 CEST.

For those attending in person, the meeting will take place on the Morasko Campus, in Politicum 136. Later that afternoon, we will also have an informal gathering for AnthroMob members at the Dragon Social Club, from 16:00 onwards. As one of the official conference clubs, you will receive a 5% discount on drinks with your conference badge. Located in the Pozna City Center, the club is about 45 minutes by public transport from the Morasko Campus, and an 18-minute walk from the Collegium Minus, where the Local Committee Plenary will be taking place from 15:30 - 17:00 for those who would like to join afterwards. Thank you to AnthroMob member and conference co-convenor Natalia Bloch for this recommendation!

For those joining online, Zoom links will appear on the Conference Programme page a few days in advance, listed under each event. Please note that the network meeting is open to all AnthroMob members and you do not need to be a conference delegate to participate.

During the meeting, we will be introducing the AnthroMob network and members, offering a recap of our past activities, electing one or more new convenors, and collectively brainstorming for the future of the network. We hope to see many of you there, whether in person or online!

Dear AnthroMob colleagues,

The 2026 EASA conference is fast approaching and we are looking forward to seeing many of you there, both in Pozna and online! As you prepare for the conference, we wanted to reach out with a few pieces of information.

Firstly, we just received confirmation that the AnthroMob network meeting will take place (in a hybrid format, like the rest of the conference) on Wednesday July 22, from 13:30 14:45 CEST. For those attending in-person, we will let you know the exact location once the room has been set. In keeping with the networks tradition, we also propose going out for an informal drink after the network meeting. Well look at some possible locations near the conference venue, but if any of our local colleagues have suggestions, please dont hesitate to reach out!

During the network meeting, we will be electing one more new network convenors to join our team so if you think that you might be interested in being an AnthroMob convenor or would like more information about what this entails, please get in touch with us in the coming weeks and wed be happy to chat about this.

We also look forward to hearing your ideas for the future of AnthroMob. If youre new to the network, you can find more information about our activities on our website, and recordings of our recent Moving Mobiltiies Online (MoMO) talks on our YouTube channel. Looking ahead to next years AnthroMob workshop, we would also be happy to hear any suggestions you have for possible themes or collaborations with other EASA networks.
