EASA NETWORKS ANNOUNCEMENT: Visual, media and multimodal anthropologists each have their own separate EASA networks, but share many overlapping interests. We are therefore pleased to announce that the three networks will be meeting and organising events in Vienna this spring.

• The Visual Anthropology Network will meet on 13-14 May at the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology of the University of Vienna and at the ethnocineca International Documentary Film Festival Vienna (8-14 May).
• The Multimodal Ethnography Network will meet on 14-16 May at the Department of European Ethnology of the University of Vienna.
• The Media Anthropology Network will hold it's 2025 network workshop "AI in Media Anthropology: Trajectories, Challenges, Opportunities" on 15-16 May at the Institute for Social Anthropology of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (https://easaonline.org/networks/media/events). Please note that this event is for paper authors/ workshop attendees only.

Participants from all three events are invited to visit together the participatory arts-based research exhibition ZOZAN and attend a joint EASA networks reception on 14 May at WUK.
