The EASA mentorship programme is happy to announce the first of its webinar series starting this year and continuing until the end of academic year 2025-26. The webinar-workshops accompany the one-to-one mentoring process but remain open to all members and non-members alike.
The first webinar-workshop will bring together Drs. Sertaç Sehlikoglu (UCL) and Roberta Raffaetà (Ca’ Foscari University of Venice) for a 3-part series to address the critical gap in leadership development for women anthropologists, with particular attention to intersectional challenges and inclusive leadership practices. The webinar series is titled “EASA Women in Leadership Development Series: Building Inclusive Academic Allyships” Drawing on experience and research in women’s academic leadership and diversity, this program offers both foundational knowledge and practical tools for current and aspiring women leaders in European anthropology.
Session 1: Foundation Seminar (90 minutes) on the topics “Strategic Foundations of Women’s Academic Leadership: Early Investment for Future Impact” will take place December 3, 2025 at 3-5pm GMT/4-6pm CET.
This Interactive seminar will involve case studies and breakout sessions.
