Refunds information

If you are unhappy with the service you are provided as a delegate, you do have the right to cancel your booking and request a refund. Cancellations more than three weeks before the conference will be refunded, less a small amount to cover administrative and finance costs. Cancellations after that point will not be offered a full refund, due to costs already incurred. Refunds at that point will be discretionary. This also applies to conversions after that point from f2f to online registration.
Each request will be considered on its merits, and in line with The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and where appropriate a full refund will be given. Refunds should be requested by email to membership(at)easaonline.org. If you receive no response to that email address, then our postal address is EASA, c/o RAI, 50 Fitzroy St, London W1T 5BT, UK.
