The “EASA Women in Leadership Development Series: Building Inclusive Academic Allyships” is a three part webinar series starting in 2025 and continuing until the end of academic year 2025-26. Drawing on experience and research in women’s academic leadership and diversity, this program offers both foundational knowledge and practical tools for current and aspiring women leaders in European anthropology. It addresses the critical gap in leadership development for women anthropologists, with particular attention to intersectional challenges and inclusive leadership practices.
The webinar-workshops accompany the one-to-one mentoring process which is part of the EASA Academic Mentorship Programme but remain open to all members and non-members alike.
