Refunds Policy
If you cancel your registration, or change your registration type from f2f to online, by notifying us by email more than three weeks before the conference, we will be able to refund your registration fee minus 70€ admin fee (15€ for online). Refunds should be requested by email to registration(at)easaonline.org.
Cancellations or changes made after 30 June 2026 will not be eligible to refund, due to costs already incurred. Refunds after that point are discretionary.
