What are you paying for?
The conference registration fee includes:
The online only registration includes full access to sessions, keynote and plenaries; with the exception of some laboratories and events happening off campus (e.g. walking tours, evening events at local bars).
- Access to all conference panels, labs, roundtables, keynotes, plenaries during the conference, as well as recordings of all content after the conference
- An opening drinks reception
- Three lunches and five tea/coffee breaks
- The conference party is ticketed as an extra, to be booked at the time of registration. This includes an evening of music, entertainment, and food.
The committee felt it was important for the fee to include a fully catered conference, as this lowers the overall participation cost of attending a conference in person and is in line with EASA’s aim to subsidise those with lower-income with the use of differentiated fees. Having a centralised lunch helps to keep delegates together throughout the conference, gives organisers the opportunity to run events and meetings through the lunch break and solves the issue of participants having to find lunch options in town. Warm lunches will be offered on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday; along with refreshment breaks offering tea and coffee before the morning panels on Wednesday onwards, as well as the Tuesday afternoon and the usual mid-morning break.
Moreover, the local committee have worked really hard at securing additional funding, and have managed to get sponsorships and grants in order to keep the conference fees as low as possible. The conference fees include a variety of additional activities such as the Ethnographic Salon, a comedy night, conference sponsored pubs, a concert by the lake and more. See below for some more information, though we will be adding much more as we get closer!
Free city pass
For every EASA2026 delegate, the conference badge will work as a free city pass. On your arrival to the Morasko Campus, come to the conference registration desk to get your badge and start enjoying the free rides. Conference badge entitles the delegates to free use of Poznan’s trams and buses. The pass remains valid until two days after the conference – so why not prolonging your stay and enjoy the weekend in Poznan!
