Copyright and data protection agreement

I hereby grant to EASA the non-exclusive right to use and reproduce the contributed photograph(s) for academic and/or marketing purposes, online and/or via other digital/print methods; and to authorise such use and reproduction as may be deemed necessary by EASA to facilitate use of my Photographic Contribution for the purposes hereby permitted.

I represent and warrant that I am the creator or owner of my Photographic Contribution and that no intellectual property or personal data rights of any third party will be infringed by EASA’s use of the contributed photograph(s) for the stated purposes.

I declare that all necessary permissions and/or consents have been obtained and  understand that EASA will not be held responsible for the grantor’s failure to obtain clearances prior to completion of this form.

I hereby release EASA from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the photographs. I understand that the images may be modified in any manner, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product that uses my photographs.

I confirm that I am aged 18 or over.
