Dr. Morgan Mattingly is an international conference manager for NomadIT and, in addition to supporting the EASA inbox, will be providing in-room support and managing volunteers at EASA2026. Formerly a Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie early career researcher at Queen’s University Belfast (QUB), her research uses Participatory Action Research (PAR) to work with 16+ young people from refugees and asylum seeker backgrounds to co-design solutions to address the educational needs in Northern Ireland. An interdisciplinary researcher bridging Anthropology and Education, Morgan also has an academic background in communications, English literature and conflict transformation & social justice. Other interests include ESL, e-learning, inclusion, equity, trauma-informed practices, anthropology of design, the Capabilities Approach, UDL, education policy and the impact of education on civic participation and integration.
