Apply for network funding 2026

The application form has yet to open.

The form does not allow saving/resumption, so to assist preparation, the questions required are as follows:

  • Network convenor name(s) and email(s)
  • Title of the activity and Type of activity (conference, workshop, etc.)
  • Intended start-date and duration of the activity
  • Outline of the activity (max 300 words)
  • Planned number of participants
  • Planned outputs/next steps
  • Any low-carbon travel plans
  • Proposed income sources and amounts (€)
  • Proposed expenditure and amounts (€)
  • Requested amount of funding from EASA

Network rules

These rules concern the establishment of new networks, running of existing ones and also processes for the non-continuation of networks. EASA encourages the merging of networks and the carrying out of joint activities. Networks are obliged to submit an annual report and report after funded activities.
