Elaine joined the team from local government and the voluntary sector, saving herself a five-hour daily commute: she was born and lived in London for many years, but moved to Brighton (Hove actually) in 2009 to live by the sea. Despite graduating in languages, she now spends most of her time juggling with numbers. When she is not working, she likes walking on the South Downs (preferably to the nearest pub), cold-water swimming, and is seriously addicted to women’s tennis.
