Digital Product & UX Manager

Eli keeps the engine running behind the EASA website, focusing heavily on making information easy to find. She built EASA’s custom calendar and job board infrastructure from scratch. This system automatically sorts, filters, and pushes content exactly where it needs to go—whether that is the main menu, specific network pages, or social media—tracked accurately by deadlines and network tags.

Putting content and people first

For Eli, the technology is just a tool to support the community. She created custom portals for admins and network editors so teams can manage their own updates without needing technical help. This shift took EASA away from rigid admin pages and turned the site into a living showcase for academic research. She also redesigned how the platform highlights the people involved, making it easier to find executives, working groups, editors, and convenors.

Data-driven user experience

To make sure the site stays easy to navigate, Eli uses analytics and heatmaps to watch how people actually use it. She also handles the testing for all branded HTML emails. Everything she builds is designed to do one thing: help the EASA community connect, collaborate, and share their fieldwork with the world.
