Travel and accomodation discounts for EASA2026 delegates
EASA 2026 delegates may make use of a number of arrangements we have prepared to support their participation in the conference. These include discounted air fares, negotiated hotel accommodation rates, and access to a free city pass. Further information on these provisions is provided below.
Discounted Air Travel
A number of discounted air travel options have been secured for delegates travelling to Poznań.
Key information:
- Reduced fares have been negotiated for the following carriers: LOT Polish airlines and Lufthansa Group (including Swiss Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and Lufthansa)
- Discounts apply for travel within specified dates surrounding the conference

Discounts in hotels
The conference organizers have secured discounted rates for EASA2026 delegates with a selection of hotels in Poznań:

Free City Pass
The EASA2026 conference badge will serve as a free city pass (trams and buses) during the conference days. Delegates can start enjoying the free rides right after they pick up their badge at the registration desk located at the Morasko Campus.

- Free use of public transport within the city, including
- Valid for the duration of the conference period
- Retrievable at the EASA2026 registration desk, at the Morasko Campus
How to access:
Upon your arrival to Poznan, come to the registration desk at the Morasko Campus, pick up your badge and start enjoying the free pass. Please don’f forget or lose your conference badge when using the city transport- this is your ticket!
