The final day of EASA2026 features various network meetings, film screenings, and a closing party at the ZAMEK Castle Cultural Centre featuring live music from Dagadana. Attendees are reminded to return lanyards and pouches at campus, use provided PCs for presentations, and note that afternoon events, including the Executive plenary, move to the Collegium Minus.
Badge Collecting
As we head home after today, we would like to collect the badges – the lanyard and plastic pouch particularly, as we re-use them to be more sustainable.
The interior paper with your name and public transport note will still enable you to use public transport, and get into the party. So we ask that you leave the plastic pouch and lanyard at one of the collection point on campus.

The Final Party 🎉🕺🏻💃🏼🎶
We invite delegates with tickets (little dancer on your badge will indicate you have bought one when registering), to our closing party which will take place at the amazing ZAMEK Castle Cultural Centre, in the centre of Poznań. Come and enjoy a concert of Dagadana – a Poznań-based Polish-Ukrainian band which blends elements of Polish and Ukrainian culture through jazz, electronic music, and world music. The concert will be followed by a dance set with live vocal by AN ON BAST & DAGA GREGOROWICZ. Since you are in Wielkopolska (Greater Poland), let yourself be swept away by music filled with melodies and traditional lyrics from this region.
For those who are heading to the conference party today, at the ZAMEK Castle Cultural Centre, please note that:
- There will be catering, which includes 2 beers per person, there will be a commercial sale of drinks (beer and soft drinks) offered by the café that is located in the Castle (the same we had lunch together in Feb 2025). Apart from the café itself, they will put the stalls in the foyer between the Great Hall and Exhibition Hall and in the foyer between the Great Hall and the balcony
- It is strictly prohibited to bring any food or drinks to the Great Hall (i.e the concert hall)
