EASA 2026 delegates may make use of a number of arrangements we have prepared to support their participation in the conference. These include discounted air fares, negotiated hotel accommodation rates, access to a free city pass, discounts in the EASA official conference clubs and discounted museum tickets. Free City Pass
Your conference badge entitles you to free public transport around the city as well as museum and club discounts. Upon your arrival to Poznan, come to the registration desk at the Morasko Campus, pick up your badge and start enjoying the free pass and discounts. Carry your badge always with you – this is your ticket* and access to discounts!*

Free City Walks
Discover Poznań with free guided tours organized by the City of Poznan for EASA2026 delegates! From Wednesday to Friday, choose from three routes each day. Tours are limited to 25 participants, so reserve your spot at the EASA2026 Reception Desk.
You can only sign up for the walks on the same day, so be sure to get there early as they are a maximum of 25 participants!
