What are you paying for?

EASA prioritises the attendance of precarious scholars using the full price fees to subsidise the low-income registration fee, and also through funding travel and accommodation of many of those on low/no income.

Funding

Through a generous award from the Wenner-Gren Foundation, supplemented by EASA money, funds are available to support delegate attendance.

EASA aims to give grants to some precarious scholars and students to partially cover registration fees, as well as other costs such as accommodation, travel, and visas for F2F participation.

The deadline for applications was 2 April, we will endeavor to make and communicate decisions by 23 April 2024.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not bookable as part of registration, but we have gathered lots of good deals for you, shown on the accommodation page.
